Your website should be the shield that protects you!

Today we're talking about what your website should be doing for you!

So a year ago, when I started my business, I wasn't fully showing up the way I wanted to. I didn't even really know who I was and definitely couldn't express that fully - even with my website and visual brand. If you don't know who you are, how can you tell other people who you are?

Even though my website was pretty, it wasn't attracting the people I wanted to attract.

Once I went through that transformation, figured who I was, and created a brand and website that expressed that and made that connection with my ideal clients, things started to change.

When I first started out in my business, I was getting tons of clients with so many people messaging me on my site and booking meetings with me - which was awesome!

But 8 out of 10 of the people booking those meetings weren't even my ideal clients.

Once I re-branded, I started getting less inquiries and requests - and I'm so happy!

Don't get me wrong, at first I thought something was wrong! But then I realized that I was getting more inquiries with serious leads - people who wanted to invest, could invest, and saw my value!

I started wasting less time going back and forth with people who had no intention of working with me and started booking sales calls with people who were ready to say yes!

So my website became a shield.

It started protecting me and repelling everyone who wasn't for me. And now, I have so much more time to dedicate to my current AMAZING clients, to my sales calls, and to create content to serve you!

I'm no longer spending time and energy on energy-vampires because my website has become my shield.

My energy is protected

I used to have people who didn't value my time book meetings with me and not show up. Or I'd get excited about a potential client - only to realize that we weren't a good fit. Whereas if they went through my site, it would've repelled them for me.

And what sucks is that my energy would be affected. I'd get annoyed because I got stood up and let down 'cause I'd get excited to help someone new and then get disappointed when we realized we weren't a good fit.

Then when a serious client would come, my energy wouldn't be at the same level and they weren't getting all of me.

Now, if I book 10 sales calls, 8 out of 10 of those people are my ideal clients! Unlike before where it was 2/10.
