In fact, most entrepreneurs market as if they're having a one-sided conversation, which explains why it's so much harder to get the results you're looking for.

If you’re new around here, I’m doing a 100-day vlog series where I show you how to get your booked out.
In the last video, we covered the 4 parts of getting consistent sales in your business. We’ll be going deeper into the first part over the next few weeks.
The first part is about understanding who you are and understanding your audience. Today, we’re gonna cover how to deepen your understanding of your audience so that you can get better engagement online.
We’re breaking it down today!
Step 1 – Pick Your Damn Niche.
You’d be surprised how many people still haven’t picked a niche and are building their brand while dabbling in 30 different things.
Picking one helps you get focused and tames the confusion for your audience. People buy off of emotion; they won’t buy if they’re feeling confused.
The top 4 profitable niches are business, health, relationships, and hobbies. Pick ONE and roll with it. Also, don’t get discouraged if your niche isn’t in the top 4, you can still be profitable with the right tools and mindset.
Step 2 – Create your Client Avatar
Yes, yes, I know. Every marketing guru is telling you to do this and you’ve probably already done the whole demographics of it all.
But that’s not what I mean when I say create your client avatar. I mean that you need to understand who your ideal client is as a person and as a buyer, not a demographic
What is driving them? What are they struggling with? Do they want to fix it? Are they even aware a solution exists? I’ll dive even deeper into this in a future video to help you out.
Step 3 – Describe your Client Success Story
This part is super powerful because it gives you as a business owner an amazing confidence boost because you can focus on the transformation you provide and it helps you communicate it better.
Based on the client avatar you created, create a scenario where they find you, buy from you, and describe the transformation they go through.
Think of the short-term and long-term benefits when they invest in your offer. Do this for all your offers, by the way. It’ll give you a clear blueprint on how to communicate your value.
Step 4 – Take it to the real world
Most online entrepreneurs make the mistake of staying in their head. All the steps above are extremely powerful on their own; but combined with this one, you’ll be unstoppable, and you’ll watch the cash flow in.
You gotta do your market research! Now that you’ve identified who your ideal client is, talk to a sample of them one to one!
Creating your ideal client is like creating your ideal partner. Chances are, that person doesn’t exist. But once you meet your spouse, even if they don’t check every box, you still love them and want to build a life together.
It’s the same with your ideal client. It’s great to have an idea of who you’re looking for because it helps you weed out all the people who aren’t the right fit for you (can’t afford you, don’t value you, difficult af)
And then you get to talk to real people and get to know your people’s language, so you can speak to them in their language and get their attention.
